Our site promotes Green products that are eco-friendly and that's not a health risk. Suppliers and providers of green products and programs can market and sell their products to people who want to reduce their carbon footprint and live healthier lifestyles. Our goal is to bring together a network of businesses and customers that are engage in selling and buying green products. There are many companies and individuals that are investing and starting green programs today. Some green programs include creating renewable energy sources, green technology to reduce our energy consumption, building fuel efficient cars, such as hydrogen powered cars and electric cars, building green homes, using green home designs, as well as promoting all-natural and organic products.

Instructions on how to post ads:

Registration: You must register first before posting an ad. You will receive a confirmation email with your username and password. Your password gives you access to all the services offered at www.greentradenet.com.

Edit Profile: After registering, you can log into your account and click on "Edit profile" to update your site's contact info. After you have updated your contact info, please make sure you have entered your new password twice before clicking the "Submit" button. And this must be done each time you access your profile. To save your profile, click the "Submit button" one time only.

Your Street Address: to protect your privacy, if you do not want your street address shown in your advertisement, do not enter it in your profile or account. You must enter your City, State, and Zipcode so your products can be found using our "Search" feature.

Post a new ad: To post a new ad, click "Add Listing" and follow the steps to adding a new ad, then click submit. You may advertise in more than one category if your product is appropriate for those categories. Also, you can add HTML code to create links or to change the text color, or set text in bold or italics. Once you're satisfied with your ad and you've chosen the correct subcategory, please click the submit button to save your ad.

View your Ad: To view your ad from the home page, select the main category where your ad can be found, then select the subcategory your ad was placed in or click "more" to see all subcategories. Click on the title of your ad to view it. This is how others will see your ad.

Important: If you can't find your ad, click on 'manage listing' and make sure you always select a subcategory before clicking the submit button. When you are editing your ad, the system defaults to the last subcategory shown in the selection box.

Manage Listing: To update your listing, please click on "Manage Listing". In addition, you can add your logo and up to 5 pictures. Your logo will also be viewable in the picture gallery, so it will link back to your ad when someone clicks it.

Saved Listing: Visitors to the site do not have to register to browse ads and contact the ad owner. But if they want to save their favorite ads to view later, they will have to register as a member.

Ratings and Reviews: Non-members can rate ads. Visitors would have to become a member to review ads and make comments.

Length of Ads: Usually Ads run for one month at a time unless you have a permanent ad link. You will receive a reminder notice when your ad is about to expire. Your ad will not be renewed automatically, you will have to log-in and renew your ad. Please contact us if you have problems renewing your ad.

Permanent ads: Your ad will automatically be renewed unless you send us an email notice to cancel your listing.

Delete your ads: To delete your ad, login and select "manage listing". On the right-hand side, click delete for the ad you want to remove.

Login Problems: If you ever have a problem logging into your account, please email us at admin@greentradenet.com, and we'll send you a new temporary password. If you forget your password, you can click on "Forgot Password" shown in the login area. Enter your username, and your password will be emailed to you.

Who can post green ads?

We accept ads from the International community as long as illegal materials or weapons are not being sold. The advertiser must not post ads that maliciously attack, abuse, discriminate, and otherwise violate anyone's civil rights, religious freedom, nationality, or ethnicity.

How much does it cost to post Green ads on your site?

For a limited time only, you can post free ads for 30 days, no credit card needed. We're offering free advertisement to promote our new Green Business and Networking site. We do anticipate after the promotion to still offer free ads on a limited basis. Stay tune for further updates.

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee for green ads posted on this site?

Your membership takes effect immediately. You should be able to view your ad right after you have registered and posted your ad.

How do I protect my self from scams?

Do buyers have to register in order to purchase products?

Buyers are not required to register in order to browse products and contact the sellers for more info. But by registering, you can enriched your online experience by being able to review and comment on ads, and save ads that interest you.

Who should I contact to place a commercial ad?

Dealers & third party partners should contact our advertising department at ads@greentradenet.com for an advertising package. No automatic dumping of adds are allowed on our site.

Why didn't I receive an email confirmation after submitting my ad?

First, check your bulk or spam mail. If it's not there, wait at least 4 hours in case your email host is experiencing server problems before reposting the ad again. If you still do not get an email message, please contact us at support@greentradenet.com, and we'll check into this and get your ad uploaded online.

I want to upload my pictures, what image formats do you accept?

We accept jpg, jpeg, gif, tiff, and png photo formats. Also if you upload a logo, it will be accessible to others just by clicking the image gallery button on the top of the page. This is a great enhancement tool, because it gives sellers more page views and exposure to their ads. When a user clicks on a logo, it links back to their ads.

How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?

We may, at the most, send one newsletter per month, but you can opt out at anytime. Send us an email with unsubscribe in the subject line.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we use third party payment services, Paypal and 2Checkout, to process credit card payments. We do not handle the actual credit card payments, and never see or store anyone's credit card information. The processing is done through PayPal and 2Checkout, and you can select which payment processor you want to use.

My ad was posted incorrectly, can I receive a refund?

The seller has full control in posting his or her ad, and thereby should check it for accuracy. We do not offer refunds after you have posted your ad and submitted payment. Please click on the Terms of Service located in the footer page of our website.

Can I buy tangible goods and products from a country other than my own?

Unless you are a large and well established company, it's advisable to order within your own country due to extra fees, such as tariffs, shipping, and duty & custom fees. And usually there are a lot of complex restrictions on what can be imported or exported. Please use good judgement and contact your local post office for guidance on this.
